Natural Sisal Fibre, also known as agave sisalana, is a plant fibre similar to the top of a pineapple. Its sword-like leaves grow between 1.5 to 2 metres tall with an average life span of 7 to 10 years. This plant can produce up to 250 leaves, each containing around 1,000 fibres. The sisal fibre is incredibly environmentally friendly as weeding is done by hand, and it is grown sustainably. It is also well known for its exceptional durability, meaning that the body brush lasts for years.
