How to use the tenderizer attachment?
1. Prepare steak, pork, venison, and thickness ≤2cm.(NO BONES in the meat. Meats need to be defrosted 80-90% before it can be used)
2. Turn the stand mixer to Speed 1 or 2. Put the meat into the Tenderizer and let it go when the meat is only 3cm-5cm away. Be careful not to hurt your fingers.
3. Turn off the machine and remove the Tenderizer.
4. Cleaned after each use, just soak in warm soapy water a few minute and wash it with the brush, also you can clean it with dishwasher.
5. When the original gear is broken, a new replacement gear can be used(The box comes with 4 replacement gears and a wrench)

Please note that it is not suitable for fish and chicken breast (because the meat itself is soft and may be broken, so it is not recommended to use)
