  4 设计
  4.1 一般规定
  4.1.1 陶瓷饰面砖工程应进行专项设计,专项设计应包括下列内容:
  1 陶瓷饰面砖的品种、规格、颜色、图案和主要技术性能;
  2 找平、防水、粘结、填缝、密封等工序所用材料的品种和技术性能;
  3 基体、基层的种类及处理方式;
  4 陶瓷饰面砖的排列方式、分格;
  5 陶瓷饰面砖接缝的宽度;
  6 陶瓷饰面砖伸缩缝位置及构造;
  7 陶瓷饰面砖凹凸处的墙面和地面防水、排水构造;
  8 穿墙构件、门窗洞口、屋檐、与其他面材的过渡部位等特殊节点的构造。
  4.1.2 陶瓷饰面砖粘贴工程的基体和基层应符合下列规定:
  1 基体应坚实、牢固、不空鼓,抗拉强度不应小于0.4 MPa,当基体的抗拉强度小于0.4 MPa时,应进行加强处理;
  2 在加气混凝土、轻质墙板、墙体保温系统等基体上粘贴陶瓷饰面砖时,应采取加强及粘结质量保证措施;
  3 基层表面平整度偏差不应大于3mm,立面垂直度偏差不应大于4mm;
  4 轻钢龙骨板材基体上,不宜粘贴边长大于300mm的陶瓷饰面砖;
  5 带有地暖的地面上,不宜粘贴边长大于300mm的陶瓷饰面砖。
  4.2 构造设计
