The Revamp Progloss Steamcare Hair Straightener is built with a removable slim steam chamber, to produce a continuous flow of steam, to lock in your hair’s natural moisture and prevent hair from over-heating. The adjustable temperature settings ranging from 150°C to 230°C and variable steam settings make the styling experience customisable to different hair types for long-lasting results, with an ultra-smooth finish. This advanced steam straightener also comes with longer plates (110mm) to style more hair at once. Includes silicone heat-resistant mat.

How to use

  • Fill the water tank of your straightener. Unlock the water tank using the lock/unlock mechanism on the top of the straightener. After removing the tank, lift the black silicon tab and fill the tank with water. Replace the tab after filling the tank and re-attach the tank onto the unit. Filtered water should be used to fill the water tank within your Steamcare straightener.
  • Select your chosen settings by turning the dial on the bottom of the straightener: no steam/ low steam/ high steam according to your hair type or length. For thinner, shorter hair we recommend the “low steam” setting. For thicker, longer hair we recommend the “high steam” setting
  • Use the touch temperature control + and - buttons to select your desired temperature manually. We recommend using a lower temperature to start. The temperature lights flash until the select temperature LED light become static on the temperature setting selected.
  • Gently clasp a section of hair between the plates, and the steam will automatically start as you begin to glide the straightener through your hair. Use your Steamcare Straightener slowly, from the root to the end of your hair section so that the steam can spread accordingly.
  • Working on one section at a time run the straightener through the entire length of the hair from roots to ends, without stopping. Use a comb while straightening for even straighter results.
  • After using the straighteners, switch off, unplug, place on your REVAMP heat resistant mat and allow to cool before storing away. For ease of storing, the straightener plates can be shut down together by using the lock/unlock lever.

Hazards and Cautions

  • While heating, during use and cooling, place on the REVAMP heat resistant mat. Only hold unit at the handle.
  • The product reaches a very high temperature during operation, please style with caution when using. Make sure to keep away from the scalp and skin to avoid burns.
