Not your average cleanser, this is a rich and luxurious cleansing balm with the added benefits of skin sooting ingredients creates a cleansing ritual that feel much more expensive. Suitable for all skin types, but especially for dehydrated, dry and sensitive types, this balm is enriched with a unique ceramide blend to help restore and replenish the skin’s protective barrier function, as well soothing as squalane, bisabolol and prebiotics. The 2-in-1 formula gently cleanses skin while removing makeup, without leaving any unwanted heavy residue, and comes with a premium 100% cotton muslin cloth to help remove the balm from skin. 

 

Nip+Fab's formula is unique because unlike cheaper cleansing balms - and like more expensive options - it contains pseudoceramides, which are synthetic ceramides that are more stable, planet-friendly and able to hydrate skin as well as able to better mimic the composition of natural lipids and the skin’s natural structure compared to plant-derived ceramides. The range also contains other skin-boosting active ingredients like niacinamide, to help even skin tone, and glycerin, a humectant that helps skin retain moisture.

-SK-Influx® V MB ceramide blend with AP, NP and EOP: Restores the protective barrier function of the skin and has been shown to significantly decrease TEWL (transepidermal water loss), improving the stratum corneum (top layer of skin) barrier repair.
-Squalane: Helps to prevent moisture loss for a healthy and hydrated appearance.
-Niacinamide: A form of a form of vitamin B3 with humectant properties that helps protect the skin barrier by supporting the skin’s production of ceramides, as well as drawing in water and locking it in place.
-Biolin: A cosmetic prebiotic sugar that supports the microbial protective flora of the skin. With biolin, skin microbiota recovers faster and harmful organisms are reduced.

How to use

  • Step 1 of your routine - cleanse. The Ceramide Fix Cleansing Balm is the perfect first step in a double cleanse routine, we recommend following with one of our exfoliating pads, depending on your skin concern.
  • If your skin is younger, but irritated or damaged by over exfoliation, we recommend following your double cleanse with the Ceramide Fix Serum 12%.
  • If your skin is more mature and suffering from fine lines, wrinkles or sagging then follow yout double cleanse with the Hyaluronic Fix Extreme4 Serum 2%, finishing with the Ceramide Fix Overnight Repair Cream 12%.
  • Gently massage balm onto a dry face and neck, with or without make up, as the first step in your routine, morning or evening.
  • Dampen the muslin cloth with warm water and buff face to remove the balm, makeup and impurities. Splash water onto the face to remove any residual product.
  • Our Ceramide Fix range is ideal for pairing with our hydrating Hyaluronic Fix Extreme4 range. They both help skin to retain moisture - Ceramide Fix by repairing the skin barrier so that it’s able to retain moisture again, and Hyaluronic Fix Extreme4 to add moisture back into skin and to lock it in.
