50mm diameter dial roasting meat thermometer with red pointer and 100mm food temperature probe and clear zones to indicate recommended cooking temperatures. The analogue food temperature probe will give you the ability to cook perfect roasts every time. Made from high quality stainless steel it measures poultry and meat temperatures from 60 to 90C making sure you can cook to perfection.
The analogue meat thermometer probe has a black temperature scale and red pointer. The probe is very easy to use and will assist with the safe cooking of meat and poultry. Clear zones indicate recommended temperature for most meats, including rare, medium and well done beef. Also pork, lamb, veal and poultry including turkey and chicken.

Poultry and Meat Thermometer Instructions
Frozen meats must be fully thawed before inserting the meat thermometer. Insert the thermometer with as much probe stem as possible through the fleshiest part of the meat avoiding bones. The spike should be near the centre of the meat for best and most accurate cooking temperatures.

The roast will be ready when the pointer reaches the temperature indicated by the appropriate zone.

If roasting in foil, the dial should be outside the foil
DO NOT, allow the dial to lie in juices or cooking oil.
