2. Cut the seal of boiled beans from kojiya and drain.

3. While boiled beans are warm, add commercially available natto to and stir well.

4. Tighten the screw lid and place it inside the main unit.
Cover the kitchen paper and slide the lid of the main unit into place.

Air is required for fermenting natto soys, so it is not to be properly inserted.

5. Set it at a temperature of 45 degrees and 24 hours timer and press the start button.
