前  言
IgA 肾病是世界范围内常见的原发性肾小球肾炎,是导致慢性肾衰竭的重要病因。我国是IgA 肾病的高发地区,是世界上IgA 肾病患者数量多的国家。在原发性肾小球疾病中,IgA 肾病占位,是导致慢性肾衰竭的首位病因。IgA 肾病及其导致的慢性肾衰竭给国民带来了严重的健康问题和沉重的经济负担,如何预防和治疗IgA 肾病是肾内科医生面临的重大临床问题。
10 年前我们出版了国内本关于IgA 肾病的专著,受到众多肾内科专业医生的欢迎及好评,这给了我们很大的鼓励。近年来,IgA 肾病的诊断及治疗有很多进展,尤其是近发表了众多关于IgA 肾病治疗的随机对照试验研究结果,给IgA 肾病规范治疗提供了更多的依据。为此,我们在版的基础上,更新内容、总结经验,修订出版《IgA 肾病(第2 版)》。
IgA 肾病的诊断目前基本没有争议。IgA 肾病病理的牛津分型也被越来越多的肾脏病理工作者及肾脏科医生所采用。但IgA 肾病的治疗仍然是复杂且存在争议的领域。
