전체 오더메이드 제품으로 재판매가 어려워 단순변심의 경우 교환,환불이 불가 합니다.
단, 제품의 불량은 상품 수령후 일주일이내 담당자와 연락 후 교환 및 환불이 가능합니다.
우레탄줄 사용의 팔찌의 경우 구매후 1년이내 무상A/S진행되며 원석 및 장식의 불량 및 분실의 A/S는 수선비가 발생합니다.
