꼭지를 제거한 마늘은 찜기에 찐 이후 30도에서 48시간 건조시켜

꼬득한 찐마늘이 될 수 있게 해 줍니다.

 

4.천연벌꿀을 첨가

자연이 준 선물 천연벌꿀만을 이용한 마늘절임

마늘과 벌꿀은 1:1로 배합
