  5.2光缆路由的选择
  5.2.1光缆路由穿越河流,当过河地点附近存在可供敷设的永久性坚固桥梁时,线路宜在桥上通过。采用水底光缆时,应选择在符合敷设水底光缆要求的地方,并应兼顾大的路由走向,不宜偏离过远。但对于河势复杂、水面宽阔或航运繁忙的大型河流,应着重保证水线的安全,此时可局部偏离大的路由走向。
  5.2.2在保证安全的前提下,可利用定向钻孔或架空等方式敷设光缆线路过河。
  5.2.3光缆线路遇到水库时,应在水库的上游通过,沿库绕行时敷设高程应在蓄水位以上。
  5.3电缆路由的选择
  5.3.1城镇内的电缆,宜采用管道敷设方式。在城镇新建通信管道时,应与相关市政建设和地下管线规划相结合进行,宜减少对铺装路面的破坏,以及对沿线交通和居民生活的干扰。
  5.3.2城镇内新建管道的容量、新建杆路的负载能力应超前规划,并应充分考虑已有管道、杆路等资源的利用和共享。
  5.3.3电缆线路路由的选择,应结合网络系统的整体性,将主干电缆路由与中继线路路由一并考虑,充分合理利用原有设施,并应确保短捷安全,经济灵活,并便于施工及维护。
  5.3.4电缆线路不可避免穿越有化学和电气腐蚀的地区时,应采取防护措施,不宜采用金属外护套电缆。
