前  言
以体外膜氧合(extracorporeal membrane oxygenation,ECMO)为代表的体外生命支持技术是治疗严重呼吸/ 循环衰竭的终极支持手段。近年来,ECMO 应用在国内进展迅速,开展单位及数量逐年增加,但水平参差不齐,临床应用亟待规范。
中日友好医院以国家呼吸医学中心为主体,整合了急诊、心内科、心外科、外科重症监护病房等科室的设备、技术、人员,成立了具有代表性的国内大型综合医院院内ECMO 救治体系。目前我院已建立系统的质控体系,开展了诸多开创性的ECMO 技术,救治成功率以及经验积累处于国内较高水平,尤其在静脉静脉体外膜氧合(venovenous ECMO,VV-ECMO)治疗呼吸衰竭领域具有领先优势。目前已牵头实施ECMO 多中心研究3 项,主持国内部ECMO 治疗呼吸衰竭共识的制定,成立“明道呼吸支持技术学院·体外呼吸循环支持中心”,举办各类ECMO 培训班14 次,培训人员近1 000 名。
