2. 냄비에 조개 국물 재료를 넣고 바지락의 껍데기가 벌어질 때까지 끓인 후 체에 걸러 조개 육수를 만들어주세요.
3. 팬에 올리브유를 두르고 마늘을 약한 불에서 노릇하게 튀겨주세요. 다 튀겨지면 접시에 덜어주세요.
4. 3의 팬에 페페론치노를 넣고 볶다가 조개 육수 반 컵을 넣어 끓여주세요.
