The Boots Microwaveable Heat Wrap is designed to conform around the body and is ideal for use around the shoulders, lower back, on the stomach and legs. The removeable pillow insert is filled with silica beads which when heated in the microwave, provides a gentle and relaxing warming effect for joints and muscles.

How to use

  1. Remove the pillow from the cover.
  2. (Before placing the pillow in the microwave) Ensure the turntable is clean and free of grease or anything that can cause burning. Ensure the turntable is able to rotate freely.
  3. Place the pillow in the centre of the turntable. Fold the pillow once, if it does not lie flat on the turntable.
  4. Allow the pillow to rest for 1 minute before removing from the microwave. Take care when replacing the heated pillow inside the cover.
  5. In the event of overheating, allow the pillow to return to room temperature and inspect all seams and the condition of the pillow. Discard immediately in normal household waste if there is any sign of damage or charring.
  6. This product is designed to stay warm for up to 45 minutes in a domestic environment. If a further use is required for additional comfort, allow the pillow to cool to room temperature before re-heating following the instructions in the table below. This is to prevent excessive temperature build up.

Please note: It is normal for the pillow to leave a damp residue on the microwave turntable, this is due to the silica bead filling material.

How to use

  1. Remove the pillow from the cover.

  5. In the event of overheating, allow the pillow to return to room temperature and inspect all seams and the condition of the pillow. Discard immediately in normal household waste if there is any sign of damage or charring.
  6. This product is designed to stay warm for up to 45 minutes in a domestic environment. If a further use is required for additional comfort, allow the pillow to cool to room temperature before re-heating following the instructions in the table below. This is to prevent excessive temperature build up.
