2. If you grind high oil spices frequently, some residue will be left in the grinder. To get rid of this,
grind some coarse salt or dry grains of rice to mix the residue in the grinder.
After a few times, the residue mixture will be removed from the grinder and the spice grinder will work properly again.

3. The spice grinder is not a hermetically sealed container for storing spices.
Therefore, the taste and quality of the spices can deteriorate after prolonged storage.

How is it used?


1. Unscrew the stainless steel nut on the top.Open the round wooden cover, pour in peppercorns or sea salt or other seasonings.

2. Close the lid and screw back the top nut

3. Set the nut based on how finely you want to grind your spices:

For a fine grind, turn the nut clockwise.
For a coarser grind, turn the nut counterclockwise

4.Turn the cover clockwise, and seasonings will come out from the botton.
