도라도의 제품은 알레르기 방지 처리가 되어있는 제품을 판매합니다.
하지만, 개인마다 알레르기를 일으키는 원인이 다르기 때문에 개인차가 있을 수 있습니다. 따라서 평소 액세서리에
알레르기 반응을 자주 겪으시거나 피부가 민감하신 분들은 구매하실 때 소재에 유의해 선택 부탁드리며,
알레르기 반응으로 인한 반품/환불 등의 각종 배상은 어려운 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
라끄베르 부티크의 모든 귀걸이 제품의 침은 알레르기 방지 소재로 되어 있으며 그로 인해 도금 과정을 생략하고 제조되어
간혹 얼룩이나 녹처럼 보이는 부분이 있을 수 있으며 이는 불량 또는 녹슨 제품이 아님을 알려 드립니다.
◆구매 후 관리
모든 금속 제품들은 습기에 취약합니다.
그로 인해 사용 시 주의가 필요하며 되도록 물기가 묻지 않도록 주의 바랍니다.
간혹 수영장/사우나/세안/샤워/땀 등 제품에 물이 닿는 경우 바로 물기를 제거하시고 보관 바랍니다.
고객님의 관리 부주의로 인한 변색은 교환/환불 등의 배상 사유에 해당되지 않는 점 양해 바라며
아래 보관 가이드 참고 바랍니다.
귀걸이 제품의 침 부분을 제외한 모든 도금제품은 착용 및 보관 방법에 따라 변색이 있습니다.

1. 주얼리 제품은 스킨/로션/향수 등 기타 화장품을 바르고 완전히 마른 후 착용 바랍니다.
2. 착용 시에는 물과 땀 기타 이물질의 접촉을 최대한 피해주시고 접촉 시에는 즉시 깨끗이 닦아 보관하여 주시기 바랍니다.
3. 착용 후에는 마른 천으로 닦아주신 후 제품 구매 시 함께 동봉해드린 지퍼백에 보관해 주세요.
