How to use?
Cold compress:
Freeze the gel pack for 2 hours and use as a cold compress.
You can store the gel packs in the refrigerator and use them when needed.
Hot compress:
Warm the gel pack in the microwave and use it as a hot compress.
Heat in microwave for 30 seconds.
Hint:
1. Do not overheat the product!
2. The gel pack is made of non-toxic gel and is safe for children and adults. However, the gel is not edible and should be kept out of reach of children. And please pay attention to the gel pack when heating it in the microwave, as overheating can cause the gel pack to burst, or do not put it in a pot and boil it.
3. Before using the gel pack, please cover it with a towel or cloth to avoid burns due to overheating or coldness. If you are using a gel pack for the first time, please stop using it immediately if you feel uncomfortable. Doctors recommend no more than 30 minutes of cold or heat therapy at a time.
