레이저 각인하면서 미세한 잔흠집 다시 생기게 됩니다.
그러면 그걸 다시 거친 사포부터 부드러운 사포까지 한 번씩 더 마무리하여 광내는 작업을 합니다.
거친 사포부터 다시 마감을 하는 이유는
미세한 잔흠집들은 다시 갈아내면서 광내는 작업을 해야 해서 그렇답니다.
근데 각인이 된 상태이다 보니 완벽하게 다 갈아내면 각인의 깊이가 낮아지기 때문에 완벽하게 다 갈아낼 수가 없답니다.
그래서 광내면서 생기는 미세한 스크래치들이 남아있게 됩니다.
이 부분은 미리 고지된 부분으로 꼭 참고 부탁드리겠습니다.
(잔흠집들은 아무래도 빛에 비추어볼 때 더 잘 보인답니다.)
