一、简历
1985年参加工作,先后任嘉兴市第一医院检验科技师、主管技师、副主任技师。
2006年调入嘉兴市第二医院,任嘉兴市第二医院副院长,主任技师,嘉兴市医学会医学检验专业委员会主委,嘉兴市临床检验中心主任。浙江省医学会检验医学分会常委,浙江省医院管理学会临床检验管理专业委员会委员,浙江省生物医学工程学会检验分会委员,浙江省临床检验中心专家组成员。现为嘉兴市第五批新世纪专业技术带头人培养人选。

抗生素耐药性问题已成为全球关注的焦点,耐药细菌的感染一直是临床关注的医疗难题。目前全球已经开展不同规模和不同类型的细菌耐药监测项目和监测网。我国国内主要耐药性监测网有:卫生部全国细菌耐药监测网、中国Chinet 耐药监测网、地区性耐药监测网(北京、湖北、广州、云南、浙江、安徽、河南等)。
由于各地区病原菌的分布不同,临床医生对抗菌药物的使用不同,细菌对抗菌药物耐药谱亦不同。有专家指出,在专业上,监测数据越本地越好,范围越小越具体,这样的数据对医生的参考价值就越高。因此为了解本地区细菌耐药情况,嘉兴市卫生局成立了"嘉兴细菌耐药监测与质量控制中心",对嘉兴地区的医院临床分离细菌耐药情况进行监测分析,一方面通过对本地区、不同级别的医院细菌耐药性监测数据的收集和分析,阐明我区不 同层次医院临床细菌分离株耐药性差异,另一方面为专业人员合理用药提供参考依据。
