Method 1 (Cold Compress): 
1. Remove the lid, add a small amount of water and ice cubes. The volume of ice takes up 1/2 to 2/3 of the capacity of the ice bag. 
2. Cover the lid tightly to prevent water from leaking out. Note that the lid is not easily sealed when tilted. 
3. Put the ice bag into the cold compress area and fix it with bandage or special protective gear. 
4. In order to prevent the ice bag from being too cold, towels and underwear can be used as padding. 
5. In order to prevent the edges and corners of the ice from penetrating the bag, the edges and corners of the ice can be washed away with water before use. 
Method 2 (Hot Compress): 
1. Open the lid, will be below 60℃ of warm water into 2/3 degree. 
2. Cover the lid, hot compress part separated by towel or underwear. 
3. It is more convenient to inject water with the water heater with temperature regulation function.
