1. Place the Smile False Teeth into a cup of hot water for 1 minute. The hot water turns the teeth slightly soft so they can be molded (with your fingers) to your exact shape for maximum comfort.
2. Remove the impression material (fitting beads) from the package and place them into a cup of hot water for 1 minute or until they turn clear and soft.
3. Remove the impression material from the hot water with a spoon and press the (clear and soft) material into the trough in the back of the teeth using your fingers.
4. With a pinching motion (using a mirror) form the Smile False Teeth and impression material over your upper teeth.
5. After 30 seconds gently ease the False Teeth out of your mouth and allow the impression material to cool and harden. DO NOT allow them to harden around your real teeth.
6. If you don't get the desired fit that you are happy with, you can put the Smile False Teeth back in hot water and simply remold again. If you did not follow step number 5, there is a chance that you might have difficulty removing the Smile False Teeth. In the remote chance that this happens heat up a wash cloth with extremely hot water and press repeatedly against the fitting material and squeeze the hot rag around the stuck portion with your fingers until it becomes soft enough to gently ease the False Teeth off of your real teeth.
