黄元御(1705年——1758),名玉璐,字元御,一字坤载,号研农,别号玉楸子,山东昌邑县人。清代著名医学家,乾隆皇帝御医。黄元御出身于书香门第,自幼聪明过人,志向远大,“常欲奋志青云,以功名高天下”。雍正十二年(1734年),黄元御因目疾被庸医所误,造成左目失明。清代五官不正,不得为官。黄元御从此便“发愤学医,于《素问》、《灵枢》、《难经》、《伤寒论》、《金匮玉函经》皆有注释,凡数十万言”。乾隆十五年(1750年),因医术高超,博得青睐,乾隆皇帝亲题“妙悟岐黄”匾额,以示褒赏。黄元御在二十多年的行医生涯中,著述宏厚,医术高超,后世称其“奥析天人,妙烛幽隐,每谓自越人、仲景而后,罕有其伦”。
