作者简介

冯珍,48岁,女,教授、主任医师,博士生导师,南昌大学附属医院康复医学科主任、南昌大学临床医学院康复医学教研室主任,江西省康复质量控制中心主任。一直从事康复医学科事业,带领所在科室2007年被省卫生厅评为省领先建设学科。2007年被省卫生厅评为"江西省卫生系统学术和技术带头人”,2008年被聘为*十一五规划《康复医学》教材委,并于2009年获共青团"江西青年五四奖章”荣誉称号。于2004年科室每年均承担了南昌大学医学院《康复医学》研究生、本科及成人教育的教学工作,已培养硕士研究10余名,博士2名,共发表了论文论著50余篇。其中SCI论文3篇,30余篇发表在核心期刊上。主编《康复医学试题库》一书,于2006年由人民卫生出版社出版。副主编《实用骨科治疗与康复》一书,于07年由人民卫生出版社出版,参编4部。承担了及省级课题10余项;获得发明专利1项,新型实用专利1项;省科技进步奖3项;高校成果奖2项,成果鉴定6项;共主办了12期继续教育学习班、17期省级康复医学新技术学习班,受到了省内、外同仁的高度评价。现担任中国康复医学会全国理事、中国医师协会康复医师分会常务委员、《中华物理医学与康复杂志》(核心)编辑委员、江西省康复医学会副会长兼秘书长、江西省医学会物理医学与康复专业委员会副主任委员、江西省医师协会常务理事等社会团体职务。

现代康复医学起源于20 世纪40—50 年代,那时的世界正处于动荡期,战争及其随后爆发的各类疾病给人类带来了巨大的伤害!即使医护人员全力救治,也只能留住患者的生命,大量生存者遗留了各种身心方面的功能障碍,严重影响了病、伤、残者的生活自理及其正常回归家庭和社会。因此,医疗先驱们在救治病伤员的同时,开始关注救治对象的功能恢复和改善,并积极尝试采用不同的治疗方法,以期限度地帮助患者正常回归家庭和社会。为此,催生了一门新的临床医学学科——康复医学(rehabilitation medicine)。
进入21 世纪以来,随着全球经济的发展,国际康复医学进入了发展的“快车道”,与临床各学科相互渗透、融合,涉及几乎所有疾病的全过程,从发病早期就介入的重症康复,到疾病恢复期的社区康复和居家康复,以及生命终结期的康复(国内称之为“临终关怀”),可谓是全生命周期的覆盖了。
