作者简介

景蕾蕾,副教授,江南大学工业设计工程硕士。无锡商业职业技术学院建筑专业教研室主任以及建筑室内设计专业负责人,研究方向为建筑室内设计与室内装饰艺术设计。主要担任《室内餐饮空间设计》《室内综合空间设计》等课程教学。先后发表过专业文章二十余篇,主持或参与多项省级及院级课题,获多项省级及院级教学成果奖,校“景蕾蕾创意工作室 ”主持人。多年来与深圳美术、无锡东方新格等企业合作,参与多项住宅与商业空间项目方案设计与施工。

“餐饮空间设计”是建筑室内设计、室内设计专业的核心课程,通过创新化的岗位教学,实现学习者职业技能与岗位群的对接,掌握较强的装饰设计塑造及配套能力,促进学习者全面职业素质的养成。随着房地产和装饰业的发展,新技术、新理论、新知识和新方法不断更新,与建筑室内和装饰工程相关的新标准、新规范也不断修订和更新。本书是编者在总结多年室内餐饮空间设计教学改革经验的基础上,结合行业标准,按照高等职业教育设计类专业的人才培养要求编写的。
