陈江,浙江省疾控中心营养与食品安全所副所长、副主任医师,浙江省预防医学会第七届食品卫生专业委员会副主任委员、浙江省食品安全科普宣传和风险交流专家组成员。长期从事食源性疾病防制工作,主要研究领域包括食源性疾病监测与处置、食品安全风险评估等。以第一作者或第一通讯作者发表论文三十余篇(其中SCI论文十余篇),主编《食源性疾病监测知识》,参编《农药毒理学》《食品安全标准》《公共卫生与健康促进》等多部著作。

章荣华,浙江省疾病预防控制中心营养与食品安全所所长、主任医师。目前担任卫生健康系统省级食品安全首席专家,国家卫生健康委食品安全与营养健康科普宣传和风险交流专家组成员,浙江省预防医学会理事兼食品卫生专业委员会主任委员。长期从事食品安全风险监测与评估、公共营养监测与干预和营养教育等工作。承担国家和省级多项科研课题,主持或参与制定食品安全标准和营养标准10余项,主编或副主编专业科普著作6部,发表科研论文30余篇。
