作者简介

     楼明,生于1963年,从事食品安全工作20余年,系浙江工商大学食品质量安全系副教授,浙江省重大食品安全事故应急专家。发表相关论文40余篇,负责起草了2006年、2007年、2008年三个年度的《浙江省食品安全状况报告》白皮书。指导企业建立IS022000食品安全体系、IS09000质量管理体系;参与Qs咨询工作;担任食品卫生管理与监督、现代食品安全控制技术、质量管理学、食品理化检验、食品分析、食品品质、安全性与生活等课程的教学工作;担任IS022000食品安全体系、IS09000质量管理体系内审员、各级公共营养师、高级保健培训师培训工作,具有丰富的食品安全知识和实践经验。
