重症医学是一门年轻的学科,2008年在我国被列为独立的临床二级学科,目前正处于蓬勃发展阶段。重症医学与多个医学临床专业有交叉,同时具有自己鲜明的学科特点:重症患者的病理生理紊乱是临床救治的核心内容,迅速判断患者的病理生理紊乱状况和发展趋势,及时有针对性地纠正紊乱并稳定病理生理状态,是救治重症患者的基础。因此,建立以病理生理紊乱为中心的临床思维方式,掌握迅速有效的诊断与救治策略和具体方法,是重症医学科医师的基本专业素养。
  我国从事重症医学专业的医师专业背景不一,亟须进行专科医师培养。东南大学附属中大医院重症医学科一直是我国重症医学人才培养的重要基地,在多年的临床工作和人才培养工作中,我们深切体会到,除了一般理论、知识、技能的培养之外,建立符合重症医学学科工作特点和需求的临床思维方式,是重症医学专科医师培养的关键,因此,我们组织编写了这本《重症医学病理生理紊乱:诊断与治疗临床思路》。
