前  言
近年来,骨外科学发生了深刻的变化,已经从大骨科向脊柱外科、关节外科、创伤骨科、足踝外科、运动医学、小儿骨科、手外科等专科细化发展。足踝外科是骨外科学重要的分支学科之一,在我国却是一个比较新兴的专业。足踝疾病的治疗已经有很长的历史,近年来逐渐得到人们的广泛重视,开始进入了发展快车道,从事足踝外科专业的骨科医师也在逐年增加。随着足踝外科新理念、新技术、新方法层出不穷,同时人们对治疗效果的期望值逐渐增加,对足踝外科专科医师提出了更高的要求。作为足踝外科的难点与重点,足踝部畸形矫正对于医者充满挑战。鉴于此,我们编写《足踝矫形手术》,希望能为广大足踝外科医师的临床工作提供借鉴与帮助。
