  张惠芹,女,山东省潍坊市人,中国人民公安大学教授,主任法医师,研究生导师,一级警监,享受国务院特殊津贴。教育部高等学校法医学教学指导委员会委员,全国高等法医学教育研究会理事,大连市公安局刑科所特邀法医学专家,大连市警察协会副主席,辽宁省警官学院特聘教授。
  在基层公安机关从事法医工作多年,先后担任山东省滨州市公安局刑警支队副政委、副支队长职务,多次立功受奖和获得省、部级荣誉称号:省、地“劳动模范”、“专业技术拔尖人才”、“优秀科技工作者”、“三八红旗手”、“富民兴鲁劳动奖章”、“全国十大公安科技英才”、“全国公安系统二级英雄模范”、“全国公安科技先进个人”、“北京市产学研先进个人”,2006年获首届“全国公安科技突出贡献提名奖”。
  根据公安教育工作的需要,2000年调入中国人民公安大学任教。先后主持完成了18项*、省部级课题研究。成果获*科技进步三等奖3次;省部级科技进步二等奖4次;厅局级科技进步一等奖8次。撰写专著、译著、主编及参编*、省部级教材13部,研制开发4个法医学应用软件,发表学术论文100余篇,是北京市精品课程《法医学》负责人。1992年和1996年两次参加国家科技奖励大会,1999年参加全国公安英模代表大会,三次在人民大会堂受到*、*等党和国家领导人的接见。
