     心衰的患病率不断增多,并且其中很大比例的患者具有正常的左室射血分数。这些舒张功能障碍的患者常常是舒张性心衰。当对心衰的绝大多数研究集中于那些左室收缩功能障碍的患者时,收缩功能尚存的心衰患者就被忽视了。不仅继续研究和治疗那些左室收缩功能障碍的患者很重要,研究舒张功能障碍患者也同样重要,这样才可能为所有的心衰患者进行量体裁衣式的治疗。

     郭继鸿,主任医师,教授,博士生导师。北京大学医学部学术委员会委员,中国心律学会主任委员,中国心电学会主任委员,《中华医学杂志》副总编,《中华心律失常学杂志》、《中华临床医师杂志》副主编,《临床心电学杂志》主编,《中国心血管病杂志》、《临床心血管病杂志》、《心电学杂志》副主编,Heart Rhythm杂志编委,高教部高等医学院校统编教材《诊断学》副主编。享受国务院特殊政府津贴,多次荣获北京市自然科学技术进步奖、中华医学会奖等奖项,主编、主译40多部专著。 吴永全,主任医师,教授,博士生导师,中国心律学会委员,中国心电信息学会委员。从事内科和心血管内科工作20余年,在心律失常及心力衰竭的诊治方面具有丰富的经验和深入的研究成果。擅长心脏病介入治疗,包括各种快速、缓慢心律失常的治疗,以及针对高危猝死患者和心衰患者的再同步治疗。在国外杂志发表SCI论文10余篇,国内杂志发表论文50余篇,主编及主译学术专著10余部。曾获卫生部科技进步三等奖,北京市卫生系统“十百千”人才奖,北京市卫生系统高级别人才“215”项目奖。承担并完成国家十一五攻关,卫生部、*等课题。
