第 2 版序
《足踝关节影像诊断》初版发行至今差不多8年了。当时我只是尽力地查阅文献,努力按照自己的方式将相关知识提炼成一本通俗易懂的书。此书出版后,很多人给予了很高的评价,我十分感恩。我也因此在踝关节/足踝部的学术领域获得了很多演讲及发表研究成果的机会。
本书再版之际,新增设 “第1章 足踝部解剖”“第3章 附录:关键影像层面所示结构,第12雍 治疗后影像学评估” 等。开头的第1章采用图、表方式总结了足踝部柜关的解剖学基础知识。“第2章 足踝部影像图谱” 在初版中只刊登了单侧足踝部的影像图谱,有读者建议改为双侧足踝部的影像图谱,这样在实际读片过程中更容易进行对照,新版对此做了柜应调整。
我是放射科匡生,也是足外科学会成员,以与足外科领域的老师们一起工作的经验为拈础对本书进行了修改。尤其是对我们放射科医生比较头疼的 “治疗后影像学评估" (第12章)中保守疗法的意义、手术疗法的适应证、术后人工植入物与骨伽形成的关系、骨愈合定义等内容进行了说阴。结合整形外科的视角,力求提高放射科医生与临床科室的合作紧密度,故第2版较初版加入了更多的X线图像。
