许多高年资的神经外科医生对“动脉瘤是应该被夹闭还是介入栓塞”“颅咽管瘤是应该
经鼻切除还是开颅手术”都有明确的观点，然而对胶质母细胞瘤患者是否应该接受手术却
有着不同看法（通常是否定的）。胶质瘤无疑是一种糟糕的疾病，患者往往是被同情的受害
者。在许多情况下，尽管接受了治疗，但患者仍会在这场与疾病的抗争中败下阵来。因此，
大多数神经外科医生对手术持怀疑态度，这并不奇怪。因其无法治愈，许多病例的手术Z
终不可避免地失败了。
虽然胶质瘤手术不能获得完全切除和治疗，但也有足够的理由去追求卓越。Z值得注
意的是我们反复观察到，改良切除可以提高低级别和高级别胶质瘤患者的整体生存率。许
