博士、博士生导师、主任医师,任院长助理、科教科长、乳腺内科主任等职,兼任党委委员、妇化总支书记等,兼省中西医结合重点实验室副主任。从事肿瘤内科工作近30年,擅长多学科综合诊治分析与判定,特别是乳腺癌等内分泌相关肿瘤基础与临床研究,参与国内绝大部分乳腺癌等指南制订,及CSCO乳腺癌诊治指南执笔。美国宾夕法尼亚大学访问学者,省"151”人才工程第二层次对象,曾担任浙江省重大科技专项专家组成员。所带领的乳腺肿瘤内科规模与学术水平为省内、国内领先,为国家卫计委抗肿瘤药物合理用药专家组成员兼乳腺癌合理用药规范培训基地。连续举办继续教育项目十届,以及首届杭州国际乳腺癌峰会(HIBCS)和杭州湘湖乳腺中青年论坛(HXBCS),创办"康俪沙龙”俱乐部、"QQ患教交流群”以及FM95"粉红星期六”科普频道等医患交流平台。主持国家自然科学基金、省科技重大专项、省自然基金等20余项,发表论文100余篇,其中SCI 30余篇,主编(副主编)著作4册,作为分中心PI承担各类国际与国内临床研究50项余,其中全国PI一项。
