近年来,恶性肿瘤的发病率在逐年升高,虽然治疗手段越来越多,但各地各医院之间诊疗水平参差不齐,因此,恶性肿瘤诊疗的规范性亟待提高。本书收集了山东省日照市人民医院近几年来20余例我国常见恶性肿瘤的经典病例,尽可能涵盖肺癌、食管癌、乳腺癌、胃癌、肝癌、胰腺癌、结直肠癌等临床常见实体肿瘤,每一个都是经过深思熟虑、有临床指南规范依据的典型病例,并且能够结合病例自身特点,体现个体化诊疗方案。通过以上病例的深入分析,以期为恶性肿瘤的规范化诊疗提供帮助,达到抛砖引玉的引导作用。

作者简介

孟令新,男,天津医科大学肿瘤学博士,主任医师,硕士生导师,现任山东省日照市人民医院院党委委员、副院长,肿瘤科大主任,意大利国家肿瘤中心访问学者,从事常见恶性肿瘤的放化疗、癌性镇痛、分子靶向治疗及科研教学工作等。
王善贵,男,肿瘤学硕士,日照市人民医院肿瘤科主治医师。现任山东省临床肿瘤学会食管癌分会青年委员会委员,日照市抗癌协会监事。擅长对肿瘤科常见病及多发病的诊疗。
李昕,女,主治医师。山东省老年医学学会第一届肿瘤多学科诊疗专业委员会委员,济宁医学院肿瘤学兼职讲师,从事肿瘤治疗临床工作多年,主要擅长妇科与肺部恶性肿瘤的放疗、化疗以及免疫、靶向治疗,以及泌尿系恶性肿瘤的综合诊疗等。
