郑洁皎 主任医师 复旦大学附属华东医院康复医学科主任、教授、博士生导师。国家科技进步奖评审专家;中国康复医学会常务理事;中国康复医学会老年康复专业委员会主任委员;上海市康复医学会副会长兼秘书长;中国医师协会康复医师分会常务理事;上海市康复医学工程研究会副理事长;上海市卫生局康复治疗质量控制中心专家;上海市人力资源保障部专家。是1989年WHO十年千人计划中国首批WHO培养的康复专科医师。上海市重要薄弱学科建设项目康复学科带头人。专业特长:老年康复、神经康复、骨骼肌肉、运动康复、肌肉软组织等康复。主攻老年疾病的康复治疗,擅长脑血管疾病、运动控制障碍的临床康复研究和实践。先后负责和参与课题2项、省部级及其他来源课题研究20余项,其中包括"十二五”国家科技支撑计划、国自然等项目;正在牵头研究的临床应用课题6项,以或通讯作者,发表专业研究论文130余篇,在Lancet、MSSE、eCAM等杂志发表SCI收录论文13篇,总影响因子68分。注册世界卫生组织临床试验3项。注册国家专利7项。独立编著专业书籍3部,主编/参编卫生部、*普通高等院校规划教材和光盘13部。获得上海市科委成果6项。"社区脑卒中康复PNF技术的推广应用”和"策略性靶向康复训练技术预防跌倒的实践推广”临床应用成果分别获得2010年度、2012年度上海康复医学科技奖一等奖。培养运动硕士、博士研究生28名,参加博导师组培养5名。 多次荣获国务院残工委表彰:2009年国务院"全国第四次抚残助残先进个人”,2007年 国务院"全国第二次残疾人调查先进个人”。2012年、2007年2011年分别获上海市政府残工委 "上海市扶残助残先进个人”;带领的华东医院康复团队多次荣获"上海市扶残助残先进集体”。作为卫生部首批康复援助四川地震灾区上海领队,积极组织科室高级职称骨干人员多次参与云南贫困地区、地震灾区及湖北三峡宜昌康复对口支援。

现代康复医学起源于 20 世纪 40 — 50 年代,那时的世界正处于动 荡期,战争及其随后爆发的各类疾病给人类带来了巨大的伤害!即使医 务人员全力救治,也只能留住病伤者的生命,大量生存者遗留了各种身 心方面的功能障碍,严重影响了病、伤、残者的生活自理及其回归家庭 和社会。因此,医疗先驱们在救治病伤员的同时,开始关注救治对象的 功能恢复和改善,并积极尝试采用不同的治疗方法,以期限度地帮 助病伤者回归家庭和社区。为此,催生了一门新的临床医学学科——康 复医学(rehabilitation medicine)。
进入 21 世纪以来,随着全球经济的发展,国际康复医学进入了发 展的“快车道”,与临床各学科相互渗透、融合,涉及几乎所有疾病的 全过程,从发病早期就介入的重症康复,到疾病恢复期的社区康复和居 家康复,以及生命终结期的康复(国内称之为“临终关怀”),可谓全生命周期的覆盖了。
