前  言
结核病是严重危害公众健康的全球性公共卫生问题,是我国政府重点控制的疾病之一。据2021 年世界卫生组织报告,全球有20 亿人感染了结核分枝杆菌,新发结核病人数达987 万人。我国是全球结核病高负担国家之一,结核病发病人数位居全球第2 位。经研究估算,我国5 岁以上人群的结核潜伏感染率为18.3%。近年来,随着我国结核病控制策略不断发展,全国全人群结核病发病数和发病率不断下降,但学生群体结核病发病数和发病率下降不明显,学生群体结核病发病数占全人群结核病发病数的比例由2016 年的4.32%升高到2021 年的6.23%。
学校是儿童青少年学生高度集中的场所,学生处于生长发育期,学习紧张、锻炼少、饮食不当,容易发生机体抵抗力下降,缺乏营养,学校师生在学习、生活中接触频繁、接触时间长,一旦感染了结核分枝杆菌容易发病,发病后如果没有及时发现和有效控制,很容易在校园内传播。学生发生结核病,不仅影响个人身体发育、身心健康和学业,出现学校聚集性疫情后,对学校的教学秩序、家庭和社会也会产生很大的影响。
