作者简介
秦泗河,1951年出生于山东省五莲县,毕业于山东潍坊医学院,现任民政部国家康复辅助研究中心附属康复医院名誉院长,矫形外科主任、主任医师,兼任北京市垂杨柳医院矩形外科主任。
