徐德保,中南大学湘雅医院,护士长、副主任护师,从事临床护理工作29年、担任神经外科护士长17年,一直在临床一线从事临床护理和管理工作,具有“高等学校教师资格”,曾在新加坡接受高级护理管理班培训。是湘雅医院护理质量管理委员会骨干成员、中南大学护理学院兼职教师、湖南省护理学会社区委员会委员、湖南省护理专业培训师资成员。

在临床护理、护理科研及护理教学等领域颇有建树,创造性地开展神经外科临床护理工作,探索并创新降低患者神经功能损伤、促进神经功能恢复、提高生存质量的护理方法,近年来先后2次获得医院“医疗新技术成果奖”,主编和参编专业著作7本,发表科研论文12篇。多次参与医院护理质量控制文书修订、全院护理质量检查、重点学科申报,并参与了湖南省护理质量管理标准、护理服务规范等指导性文件的修订,多次被省卫生厅及湘雅医院委派到省内外医院指导护理工作、进行学术讲座,在湖南省护理界享有较高的声誉。近10年先后获得卫生部、湖南省卫生厅、湖南省教育工会、中南大学、湘雅医院等级别荣誉和奖励10余项,是湖南省护士长队伍中获奖级别高、获奖项目多的基层护理管理者。
