儿童健康事关家庭幸福和民族未来。近年来,儿科医生紧缺、儿童“看病难”、儿科医疗服务资源配置不均等问题成为社会关注的焦点。如何完善儿科分级诊疗体系,为百姓提供高水平、均质化的儿科医疗保健服务,是关系民生的现实问题。
2014年以来,在各级政府和复旦大学的支持下,复旦大学附属儿科医院分三步走,先后牵头成立以10家复旦大学附属医院儿科组成的“复旦儿科医联体”、以闵行区13家社区卫生服务中心组成的“纵向协作网”和涵盖徐汇、闵行、松江、金山、青浦5个区86家成员单位的上海市“南部儿科医联体”,将“”优质儿科资源辐射到综合医院儿科及下沉到社区卫生服务中心,引导儿童家长按需有序就医,探索建立具有示范引领意义的上海市区域性儿科分级诊疗模式。
