 一、流感、甲型H1N1流感
 1.流感
   流感是流行性感冒的简称,是由流行性感冒病毒(简称流感病毒)引起的急性呼吸道传染病,临床表现为发热、头痛、肌痛、乏力、鼻炎、咽痛和咳嗽,可有肠胃不适等症状。流感能加重潜在的疾病(如心肺疾患)或者引起继发细菌性肺炎或原发流感病毒性肺炎,老年人以及患有各种慢性病或者体质虚弱者,患流感后容易出现严重并发症,病死率较高。
 2.甲型H1N1流感
  2009年3月,墨西哥暴发“人感染猪流感”疫情,并迅速在全球范围内蔓延。此次流感为一种新型呼吸道传染病,其病原为新甲型H1N1流感病毒,病毒基因中包含有猪流感、禽流感和人流感三种流感病毒的基因片段。世界卫生组织(WHO)初始将此型流感称为“人感染猪流感”,后将其重新命名为“甲型H1N1流感”。2009年6月11日,WHO宣布将甲型H1N1流感大流行警告级别提升为6级。
 二、甲型H1N1流感的特点
 甲型H1N1流感具备大流行的一些特点,具体表现如下:
 1.传播速度快
 短短半个月时间内,墨西哥约2500人感染,176人因感染该流感病毒或疑似感染该流感病毒而死亡。
截至2009年10月,全球共有1190个国家和地区发生了疫情,共报告确诊病例数34万多例,累计死亡病例超过4千多例,实际上发病人数要远远超过报告的病例数。目前,北半球进入秋冬季节,疫情呈快速上升趋势。
2.疫情防控形势严峻
从我国内地来看,甲型H1N1流感疫情从东部向西部,从南方向北方,从城市向农村蔓延,由输入为主变为本土为主,由散发病例向聚集疫情发展。
截至2009年10月9日,内地31个省份都发现疫情,每日报告病例数呈上升趋势,还陆续出现了重症病例和死亡病例。随着天气逐渐转冷,出现大量聚集性疫情暴发的可能性很大,并且重症病例和死亡病例也会不断出现,疫情防控的形势非常严峻。
