作者简介

刘大力,女,1994年本科毕业于同济大学(原上海铁道医学院)口腔医学系;2000年于同济大学获硕士学位,研究方向为口腔内科学;2008年于日本德岛大学获博士学位,研究方向为口腔微生物学。

先后就职于同济大学附属口腔医院口腔内科(1994—2004年)、上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院牙周病科(2008—2018年)和豪孚迪医疗器械(上海)有限公司(2018—2019年),2018年至今在上海清木口腔门诊部执业。

25年前,在恩师袁诗芬教授的指引下,我有幸进入牙周病学领域学习。自那以后,经历了7年口腔内科的临床历练、3年硕士研究生的科研训练、4年博士研究生阶段对口腔微生物微观世界的探索以及在上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院(简称“九院”)牙周病科作为牙周医师和教学骨干的10年岁月中的磨炼和成长,与同行分享交流自己临床认知的想法愈加强烈。
幸运的是,2016年,上海交通大学出版社的徐唯编辑成为我的患者,诊疗之余,我向徐编辑了解了图书出版的细节,并表达了想以图书形式进行专业交流的愿望。徐编辑的专业指引和帮助,终促成了本书的出版。
初的计划是结集出版典型的牙周临床病例。然而,在写作过程中,我越发感觉到,比起一个个独立的病例分析,进行临床决策背后的理念解读,也许会对读者有更深层次的启发。这些理念来自临床研究所获得的循证证据以及在各种因素综合作用下,对整体诊疗程序的梳理和反思, 而并非独立的病例本身。因此,在本书的部分,我将这些典型的临床病例融入11项与牙周整体治疗程序密切相关的临床问题之中,跳出传统的教科书模式,努力去寻求临床决策的本质,在表达自己的思考和观点的同时,也希望能促进读者结合自身临床实际去观察思考,进而提高自身所做临床决策的合理性。
