不能过早使用学步车
有些家长为了图方便,在宝宝到了四五个月时,就把宝宝交给了学步车,省去了整天要抱着看护宝宝的麻烦。但实际上,过早的使用学步车,对婴儿的成长发育是很不利的,存在着一些健康和安全隐患。
宝宝在一岁以前,踝关节和髋关节都没有发育稳定。虽然在学步车里,宝宝只需要用脚往后一蹬,车就能带着他满屋子跑,但这对他的肢体发育是很不利的,可能会导致肌张力高、屈髋、下肢运动模式出现异常等问题,会直接影响宝宝将来的步态,如走路摇摆、踮脚、足外翻、足内翻等,严重的甚至还需要通过手术和康复治疗来纠正。
再有,学步车只能帮助宝宝站立,而不能帮助他们学会走路。不仅如此,由于学步车的轻便灵活,宝宝能借助它轻易滑向家里的任何地方,这无疑会使他们在无意中遭到磕碰,导致意外伤害的发生。
