中文版前言
我国是烟雾病发病率的国家之一,因此,了解及认识烟雾病和诊疗手段对于中国神经外科医生来说尤为必要。然而,目前距离“烟雾病”的概念首次提出已接近 50 年,我国尚无一本介绍烟雾病特点及其诊疗方式的专著或译著,广大同行只能通过神经外科专著的只言片语以及海量的文献来认识该疾病。为了解决该问题,我们组织了一批医务工作人员对本书进行了翻译,希望能对渴望及需要系统了解、认识烟雾病的神经外科医生提供初步的帮助。
本书主要包括三部分内容:部分回顾了烟雾病及烟雾综合征的自然史、诊断、影像学表现、遗传学等的经典内容及研究进展,讨论了烟雾病的主要背景知识;第二部分主要介绍了烟雾病的治疗手段,包括内外科治疗、不同的手术方式、麻醉管理等;第三部分比较了各国烟雾病的特征。本书内容丰富且深入浅出,重点突出、易于阅读,并且提供了许多的研究进展,为理解烟雾病提供了系统的方案,是任何参与烟雾病管理的医生的书目。此外,本书中对于手术方式有详细的介绍,并且通过丰富的图片形式展现,适合于希望学习烟雾病术式的外科医生。
