内容简介
消化内科疾病是当前人们高发的疾病之一,由于饮食的不规律、饮食习惯的不健康及心理压力的增大,消化道不适的发生比例在持续增加,三级甲等医院消化内科的就诊患者数量也明显高于其他临床科室。笔者在平时的临床工作中却发现,社会大众对于消化内科常见疾病的了解甚少,许多公众难以对自身的症状做出全面、准确的评估,甚至难以理解医师的医嘱及建议。因此,笔者认为有必要就消化系统疾病的临床表现、常见检查、治疗方式等向公众进行讲解。消化内镜在近年来发展迅猛,是消化内科疾病诊断的重要方式之一。然而,由于专业性较高,就诊患者对消化内镜检查必要性、检查前准备、报告理解、检查后注意事项的了解程度较低,且医院内镜中心工作人员有限,难以向每位患者做详尽的解释,导致出现检查前准备不充分等问题,因此笔者认为可将该部分内容以科普的形式向大众进行讲解,以促进其对消化内镜的了解。
