    朱平教授中国Z名激光医学和物理学专家;中国生物学工程学会血疗分会副主任;中华医学会激光学会常委;北京医学会理事;北京医学会理疗学会委员;北京光学会专家委员会副主任;首都医科大学附属同仁医院激光物理科前主任。曾主持和参与编撰《中国大百科全书》《风湿病学》《物理治疗学全书》等20多部Z名的激光医学、物理医学相关书籍,在国内外发表相关文章300多篇。1982年,朱平教授作为主要负责人之一主持的“六五”“七五”“八五”国家攻关课题“光动力学诊治恶性肿瘤”获得国家卫生部科技二等奖和北京市科技一等奖。
