在椎体上可见多种多样的病变。病变结构可以是单一的也可以是多发
的,包括良性变损和恶性变损。椎体肿瘤可以依据患者的年龄、病变的数
量、病变位于脊柱的部位、病变位于椎体的部位、病变的形态和影像学患者
特点做出鉴别诊断(流程1、2)。
脊柱平片是基本的检查,然而,其对脊柱肿瘤的诊断不是非常敏感,
这是因为二维投影不能反映出脊柱复杂的三维结构,在犡线片上详细描述
