前  言
随着社会经济发展和人均期望寿命的延长,人们对健康的需求也在发生变化。2021年新的《中国妇女发展纲要2021-2030年》发布,对提升妇女健康素养,实施健康知识普及行动,加大健康知识普及力度,引导妇女树立科学的健康理念,学习健康知识,掌握身心健康、预防疾病、科学就医、合理用药等知识技能,养成文明健康生活方式和健康期望寿命有了更高的要求。
更年期(绝经期)健康是提高晚年生命质量及健康期望寿命的重要基础。我国目前有1.7亿绝经女性,2030年可能增加到2.9亿,这就意味着此阶段健康需求更为突出。
更年期(绝经期)是女性全生命周期中经历时间长、承受压力大、疾病风险高的特殊生理时期,也是妇女在家庭和谐社会中发挥重要作用的关键时期。更年期(绝经期)的到来,不仅仅是绝经以及生育能力的下降直至丧失,还将伴随各种症状和疾病,已经成为威胁妇女健康的主要因素。对照新的《中国妇女发展纲要2021-2030年》、健康中国、健康妇幼的目标,纵观当前我国妇幼保健状况,在群体健康管理不尽如人意,一方面是人们对美好生活的向往,个性化多样化全程化的健康需求不断增长,一方面是相应的资源供给不充分,尤其在更年期(绝经期)健康科普方面突显薄弱。调查显示,公众对"更年期"缺乏科学的认知,误区多,甚至还存在许多消极的看法和做法,以至于大部分女性忍受各种绝经相关症状的煎熬和各种慢性疾病的侵袭,严重影响着她们及整个家庭的生活质量。
