李群,毕业于上海第二医科大学医疗系。上海市人民医院呼吸科副主任医师,上海市人民医院医务处(南)处长,目前承担有2016年松江区科委课题《基于匹配模型的门诊预约机制的创新与实践》,以及2017年上海市卫生与计划生育委员会政策研究课题《优化日间手术管理决策与研究》

前  言
上海交通大学附属人民医院日间医疗部是为解决看病难、看病贵等问题成立的综合科室,同时也是国内首批日间医疗部。医疗部的服务范围以日间手术,日间化疗、创伤检查等全程无缝连接的医疗服务为准则。
在生活中,随着人民生活水平的不断提高,患者对健康与康复提出了更高的要求,但由于患者的年龄及文化程度各不相同,对于常见的疾病健康宣教内容理解各有差异,为了能够让患者能够更好的理解、接受并应用相关日间疾病的知识。针对这一系列问题,我们上海市人民医院日间医疗部通过收集相关理论知识,并配以自行拍摄了相关图片,使用图文并茂的方式将这些整理成册。
本书在编写过程中十分注重患者对日间疾病的相关健康教育及常规知识的知晓度、掌握度及运用度。全书撰写方式以患者的角度为主,医务工作者的视角为辅,从而体现了现代护理以人为中心的健康理念。
本书共分为5个篇幅,主要内容涉及日间医疗部范畴内的疾病,较详细讲解了患者术前、术后,常见的化疗问题及创伤检查等一系列健康教育知识,从而提升了患者对日间疾病相关知识的知晓率,进一步大大提升了患者的满意度。
