前  言
北京大学第三医院(以下简称“北医三院”)是一家集医疗、教学、科研、预防、康复与保健为一体的综合性三甲医院。作为北京大学医学部的直属附属医院,北医三院(即北京大学第三临床医学院)承担了医学生、研究生及毕业后医药卫生人才的临床教学工作。
  教学医院的教师是一类特殊的教师。他们的课堂不囿于三尺讲台而往往要围绕在病床旁;他们既得病人称一声大夫,又受学生唤一句老师。常常有大夫问我们,如何才能成为一名好老师?从教学管理者的角度出发,我们希望为临床教师提供友好支持的教学环境与系统激励的成长空间,助力教师的发展并打造高质量的教学团队。基于这样的想法和认识,在北医三院几代人的努力下,2008年我院首先建立了临床教师资格准入制度。通过实践中的逐步摸索、不断完善与改进创新,自2014年起,医院开始组织系统化、分层级的教师培训,努力将教师培训工作落到实处。随着医院教师发展建设工作的有序开展,我们开始梳理、总结师资培训的经验,以期反思改进。
