前  言
我国于2005 年颁布了第一部咳嗽诊治指南(即《咳嗽的诊断与治疗指南(草案)》),在此基础上先后三次对中国咳嗽诊治指南进行了修订(本书简称为2009 版/2015 版/2021 版咳嗽指南),旨在提高临床医师对咳嗽,特别是慢性咳嗽问题的认识与关注,减少慢性咳嗽的误诊误治率。指南制订以后,我们通过全国性与地区性学术会议、中国咳嗽论坛与学习班进行了广泛的推广与宣传,应该说国内慢性咳嗽诊治水平较前有了显著的提高。然而,我国幅员辽阔,各个地区经济条件与医疗条件相差较大,在广大社区医院、基层地区与西部地区,咳嗽的误诊误治情况仍然十分普遍,是指南推广的一个薄弱环节。为此,中国咳嗽联盟依托呼吸疾病国家重点实验室、国家呼吸医学中心,在2017 年启动了“中国咳嗽诊治指南推广万里行”全国巡讲活动,通过指南巡讲让更多社区与基层医师得到培训,同时培训了更多的地市级的专家与讲者,通过他们进一步让指南推广普及到基层医师。
